The pledgee is Ruifeng Rural Commercial Bank of Shaoxing, Zhejiang, and the purpose is for the company's production and operation needs. After this pledge, the shareholder has pledged a total of 119 million shares, accounting for 79.94% of its total shareholding and 24.87% of the company's total share capital. There are 5 million shares of pledged shares due within the next year, corresponding to a financing balance of 100 million yuan. The risk of this pledge is controllable and will not have any impact on the company's production, operation, governance, or control rights.
