Shenzhen Health Commission reports "Ambulance Violations Resulting in Delayed Rescue": Involved hospital fined and temporarily suspended pre-hospital emergency services.
On the evening of April 8th, the Shenzhen Health Commission issued a statement regarding the "delay in rescuing due to illegal transfer of ambulances." It was found that Shenzhen Jian'an Hospital did not follow the 120 dispatch instructions to send the patient to the designated hospital, violating relevant provisions of the "Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Medical Emergency Regulations." Longhua District Health Commission has imposed an administrative fine of 76,000 yuan on the hospital according to law; the Shenzhen Health Commission has ordered the hospital to suspend pre-hospital medical emergency services for six months starting from March 18, 2026, in accordance with relevant regulations.
