On April 8th, it was reported that AI glasses company Rokid is preparing to submit an IPO application to Hong Kong as early as the end of April. Rokid was founded by Zhu Mingming, a graduate of Zhejiang University. In 2010, his startup company was acquired by Alibaba, and he later founded Rokid in 2014. According to disclosures, in March of this year, Rokid completed a share reform and changed its name to LINGGE TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. On the same day, Zhu Mingming responded to reporters that they had only completed the restructuring, which is not directly related to the IPO, and they are currently focusing on developing new products.
