Huainan Mining Co.: Independent director Pei Renyan resigns for personal reasons.

HuaiBei Mining announced on April 8th that the company has recently received a written resignation report from independent director Pei Renyan. Due to personal reasons, Pei Renyan has applied to resign from the position of independent director and will no longer hold any position in the company after resignation. Pei Renyan's resignation will take effect after a new independent director is elected at the company's shareholders' meeting. Until then, Pei Renyan will continue to fulfill his duties as an independent director of the company.
