The Ministry of Justice and the National Public Legal Education Office have deployed to carry out the publicity activities of the National Security Education Day for All People in 2026.

On April 15th of this year, the 11th National Security Education Day will be observed. The Ministry of Justice and the National Law Popularization Office recently issued a notice, deciding to launch nationwide publicity and education activities for the 2026 National Security Education Day. The notice specifies that this year's National Security Education Day theme is "Coordinating Development and Safeguarding Security on the New Journey of the '15th Five-Year Plan'". It requires all regions and departments to vigorously study and promote Xi Jinping's ideas on the rule of law, the latest achievements in the development of the rule of law, the overall national security concept, historic achievements in the national security cause in the new era, national security laws, regulations on network data security management, and other relevant laws and regulations. It also calls for a thorough promotion and education on the Constitution and laws related to national security in laws and regulations such as the National Security Law and the Cybersecurity Law.
