Huang Lian was nominated as the deputy mayor of Jingdezhen City and the party secretary of the Municipal Public Security Bureau.

On April 7th, Huang Lian was appointed as the candidate for Deputy Mayor of Jingdezhen City People's Government and Secretary of the Party Committee of the City Public Security Bureau.
