A lead underwriter has told various banks that SpaceX's IPO will create unprecedented retail demand and distribution scale. Sources say that SpaceX's IPO plans to sell shares to retail investors in the UK, EU, Australia, Canada, Japan, and South Korea. SpaceX CFO Johnson said, "Retail investors will be a key component of this offering, with their proportion exceeding any IPO in history."
