On April 7th, the Henan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism released a summary of the cultural and tourism market in Henan Province during the Qingming holiday in 2026. During the 3-day holiday, Henan Province received 21.32 million domestic tourists, generating tourism revenue of 12.51 billion RMB. Compared to the same period last year, the number of tourists increased by 7.0% and tourism revenue increased by 6.6%. Throughout the province, 2.628 million people visited public cultural venues, there were a total of 6,552 cultural activities for the benefit of the people, and 2.363 million people participated in online and offline cultural events.
