Longkun Technology Announcement: The wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, Beijing Longkun Biomass New Energy Co., Ltd., has signed a Supplementary Agreement to the Franchise Agreement for the Organic Waste Resource Utilization Comprehensive Treatment Center Project with the Urban Management Committee of Tongzhou District, Beijing. According to the Supplementary Agreement, the total investment of the project has been adjusted to 1.532 billion yuan, including 1.226 billion yuan for construction costs, 0.134 billion yuan for other construction expenses, 0.109 billion yuan for contingency fees, 45.4685 million yuan for construction period interest, and 17.9614 million yuan for working capital.
