Changhong Energy Announcement: In order to enhance the company's overseas competitive advantage, deepen international strategic customer cooperation, and support the healthy development of core industries, the company's holding subsidiary Changhong Sanjie New Energy Co., Ltd. plans to establish Changhong Sanjie New Energy Co., Ltd. as the main implementation entity for the project. The company will invest in the construction of a high-rate lithium battery production base project in Malaysia with a total planned investment of approximately RMB 999 million. This investment is planned to be used as a raised investment project for the company's issuance of shares to specific targets in 2026. It is planned to use RMB 803 million of the raised funds for the project construction, while the remaining funds will be solved in a self-owned or self-raised manner.
