Notice from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and ten other departments on the issuance of the "Ethical Review and Service Measures for Artificial Intelligence Technology". The ethical requirements of technology should be integrated throughout the process of carrying out artificial intelligence technology activities, promoting human well-being, respecting the rights of life, upholding fairness and justice, reasonably controlling risks, maintaining openness and transparency, protecting privacy and security, and ensuring controllable and trustworthy ethical principles of artificial intelligence technology, and complying with the Constitution, laws, regulations, and relevant provisions of our country.
