The Wisdom Cube announcement stated that the concerted action group of intellectual square, the controlling shareholder and actual controller of the company, had previously planned to reduce their holdings by no more than 1.4542 million shares from January 5 to April 4, 2026. As of the date of the announcement, the reduction plan has been completed, and the intellectual square group has collectively reduced holdings by 1.4463 million shares through concentrated bidding and block trades, accounting for 1.19% of the total share capital. After this reduction, the intellectual square group's holdings have decreased to 3.0225 million shares, accounting for 2.49%. This reduction will not affect the company's governance structure and ongoing operations, nor will it result in a change of control.
