A passenger train in Russia partially derailed.

According to the news department of the Russian Railways Company, today a passenger train bound for Moscow derailed in Ulyanovsk region. A total of 7 carriages derailed. The number of casualties and the cause of the accident are currently being verified. Emergency services have been dispatched to the scene.
