The Port of Port Hedland in Australia stated that due to the impact of Cyclone Narelle, the Dampier Port cargo terminal is scheduled to resume partial operations on April 7th, for the import of general cargo. Extensive repairs are still needed at the Dampier cargo terminal. Qube's floating deck roll-on roll-off facility has now been partially put into use, to support the import of oversized modules for local construction projects, which will resume today. The Ashburton cargo terminal remains partially closed, as a section of railing on the eastern side of the berth needs to be removed.
