On April 2nd, the latest equity disclosure information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that Wang Junfeng, Executive Director and CEO of Greentown Management Holdings, was awarded 328,000 shares through a stock incentive plan on March 31st, and used personal funds to increase his holdings by 1.101 million shares in the open market. His total shareholding increased from 2.393 million shares to 3.822 million shares.
