Fosun Pharma: Appoints Huang Zhi as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Fosun Pharma announced that the 27th meeting of the 10th Board of Directors was held on April 2, 2026, and approved the appointment of senior management personnel. Due to work arrangement adjustments, Chen Zhanyu resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer and remains as Senior Vice President; agreed to appoint Huang Zhi as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, with a term starting from April 2 until the end of the current term of the Board of Directors. This matter has been approved by the Board of Directors' nomination and the Audit Committee.
