Swan Holdings announced that the company and its subsidiary Xinjiang Swan were sued by the American company Deere for patent infringement, with the amount involved being 20 million yuan. Previously, the Urumqi Intermediate People's Court ruled to dismiss Deere's lawsuit. Deere has now appealed to the Supreme People's Court against the ruling, and the Supreme People's Court has accepted the case, which has not yet been scheduled for trial.
