Xu Minhua has been approved to serve as Deputy General Manager and Chief Compliance Officer of ICBC Credit Suisse Asset Management.

On April 2, the Shanghai Financial Regulatory Bureau website issued a reply approving the qualifications of Xu Minhua, Deputy General Manager and Chief Compliance Officer of ICBC AXA Asset Management Co., Ltd. The company must strictly comply with the relevant regulatory requirements of the China Banking Regulatory Commission. Within 2 months from the date of this administrative licensing decision, the above-mentioned approved personnel must assume their positions, and report to our bureau within 10 days of taking office. Failure to assume office within the specified period will result in the loss of their qualification.
