Jiayou International announced that the company plans to cooperate with affiliated Jinsheng Mining Co., Ltd., unrelated China Civil Engineering Group Co., Ltd., Luoyang Luanchuan Molybdenum Group Co., Ltd., and China COSCO Shipping Corporation Limited through a joint investment in the target company LinkFuture Investment Ltd. to realize cooperation investment in the activation project of the Tanzania Railway. The total investment amount of this transaction is $1.243 billion, with Jiayou International's investment amount being $62.15 million, accounting for 5%. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction, but not a major asset restructuring.
