Sina Finance reported on March 31st that Tongji Science and Technology announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Tongyang Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. and Wang Yan, Shanghai Yangpu Entrepreneurship Investment Co., Ltd. and others jointly invested in the establishment of Shanghai Tongyang Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd., which completed the registration procedures with the China Securities Investment Fund Industry Association on March 27, 2026. The company has a registered capital of 10 million yuan and is an institutional private equity and venture capital fund manager.
