Sina Finance reported on March 31st that Dongcai Technology announced that the company's open issuance of convertible corporate bonds in 2022 raised a total of 1.384 billion yuan, of which 280 million yuan will be invested in the "Dongcai Technology Chengdu Innovation Center and Production Base Project". The project has completed the construction of the main engineering projects and has met the predetermined operating conditions, and the company plans to close it. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the project account balance is 287 million yuan, with zero total investment and no remaining funds raised. The company will handle the relevant procedures for cancelling the fundraising special account, and the "Tripartite Supervision Agreement for Fundraising" will be terminated accordingly.
