Former Director of the Dongguan Civil Affairs Bureau, Mo Ganquan, is under investigation and review.

Sina Finance reported on March 31st that according to the Dongguan Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection, Mo Ganquan, former Party Secretary and Director of the Civil Affairs Bureau of Dongguan City, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and laws, and is currently undergoing disciplinary review and supervision investigation by the Dongguan Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection.
