Liu Xiangyi, Director of the Provincial Party Committee's Agriculture Office and Director of the Provincial Agriculture and Rural Affairs Department, introduced that this year, efforts will be made to develop characteristic planting and modern facility agriculture. According to local conditions, the industrial layout will be optimized, supporting the construction of greenhouses and facilities on general arable land, saline-alkali land, and idle construction land to expand the planting area of economic crops such as vegetables, fruits, edible fungi, and flowers. In addition to continuing previous subsidy policies, credit support will also be strengthened, with the lowest discounted loan rate for facility construction at 2.51%, providing up to 5 million yuan in interest subsidy funds to individual production and operation entities annually, with a maximum interest subsidy rate of 3%. At the same time, the provincial agricultural guarantee company provides financing guarantee services of 100,000 to 3 million yuan to facility construction subjects meeting the conditions, with loan periods accurately matched. The construction of more than 50,000 mu of greenhouses this year is expected to drive "double growth" in agricultural output value and farmers' income.
