"Sword for Crossing the River"! The first domestic shield tunneling machine for high-speed railway with socketed pipe segments has been launched.

Sina Finance reported on March 31st that today China's independently developed super large diameter shield tunneling machine, "Fenjihe", successfully rolled off the production line in Nantong, Jiangsu, and will be used for the Yangyin High-speed Railway Changjiang Tunnel project. This project is the first high-speed railway shield tunnel in China to use the method of inserting and installing pipe segments. The construction of the tunnel will promote China's super large diameter underwater shield tunnel into the era of fully intelligent construction.
