Tianshan Group: Net loss of 7.291 billion yuan in 2025.

Sina Finance reported on March 30th that Tianshan shares announced that its operating income in 2025 was 74.496 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 14.40%. The net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 7.291 billion yuan, compared to a net loss of 717 million yuan in the same period last year. The company plans not to distribute cash dividends, bonus shares, or increase share capital by converting reserves.
