Namibian expert: China's green development is good news for Africa's energy transition.

The deputy director of the Namibia Green Hydrogen Research Institute at the University of Namibia, Ziway Chiguvare, recently said in an interview with Xinhua News Agency that China's "15th Five-Year Plan" outline proposes accelerating the transition to a green and low-carbon development model, providing important opportunities for energy transition for countries in Africa, including Namibia.
