The Qichacha APP shows that recently, Zhongmei Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 10 million RMB. Its business scope includes private equity investment fund management and venture capital fund management services. According to Qichacha's equity penetration display, the company is indirectly wholly owned by China Coal Energy Group Co., Ltd.
