The inspection and guidance team inspected 11 transportation management departments and 24 enterprises in 4 cities and 10 counties in Changchun, Jilin, Baishan, and Songyuan. During the inspection in Songyuan, Jilin, the inspection and guidance team found serious illegal overweight transportation behavior of the freight vehicle "JJ5869" of Songyuan Environment Transport Co., Ltd. in Jilin Province. Since July 2025, this vehicle has committed a total of 10 violations of illegal transportation with a total vehicle weight exceeding 100 tons. According to Article 5 of the "Criteria for Determining Major Accident Hazards in Road Transport Enterprises and City Passenger Transport Enterprises Safety Production", this situation constitutes a major accident hazard.
