Hangzhou Municipal Government Releases Notice of Hangzhou Housing Provident Fund Management Committee on Optimizing Housing Provident Fund Use Policies. The maximum amount of housing provident fund loans has been increased from 1.3 million yuan to 1.8 million yuan, and the maximum personal loan amount for employees is not more than 900,000 yuan. The calculation multiple for the personal loan amount of housing provident fund employees has been adjusted from 15 times to 20 times. The loan amount for families with multiple children can be determined by floating 50% on the total loanable amount calculated when the family applies for the loan.
