7-Eleven will launch a mobile ordering service in Japan for picking up items in stores.

7-Eleven Japan announced on March 27th that a new service will be launched starting on April 1st. Customers will be able to order freshly cooked fried food, bread, and pizza made in the store through their smartphones and pick them up in the store. This service will gradually be introduced to approximately 15,000 stores, which is about 70% of the total number of stores.
