Samsung Electronics' HBM shipments in 2026 are expected to exceed 100 billion Gb.

Due to the demand from customers such as NVIDIA, Broadcom, and AMD, Samsung Electronics is expected to ship over 10 billion gigabits of HBM this year. Samsung Electronics' Vice President of Memory Development, Huang Sang-jun, stated: "We are rapidly expanding HBM production capacity. We plan to increase it to more than three times last year's level this year."
