Silicon Star Group to suspend trading from March 27th, annual performance report delayed.

Silicon Group announces that the Board of Directors believes it is unlikely that the company will be able to publish its full-year performance for the year ending December 31, 2025, by March 31, 2026, in accordance with the listing rules. The delay in publishing the full-year 2025 performance constitutes a violation of Rule 18.49 of the GEM Listing Rules. As the full-year 2025 performance is not expected to be published before March 31, 2026, the company requests that trading of its shares on the Stock Exchange be suspended starting from 9:00 am on March 27, 2026, until the publication of the full-year performance for 2025.
