The company Apple gives out tens of thousands of dollars in bonuses to employees.

According to foreign media Appleinsider, in response to the pressure of competitors poaching engineers, Apple has reportedly approved large "non-recurring bonuses" for its employees, with single amounts reaching tens of thousands of dollars, covering multiple members of its iPhone product design team. This bonus payment is seen as a direct response from Apple to the intensifying competition in the hardware race. There are reports that Apple is currently developing an AI wearable device internally, while OpenAI is also developing an unknown form of AI device.
