Guotou Silver LOF: Warning of the risk of trading at a premium and temporary suspension

Guotou Silver LOF announced that recently, the secondary market trading price of the fund has been significantly higher than the net asset value of the fund, resulting in a large premium. In order to protect the interests of investors, the fund will be suspended from trading from the market opening on March 27, 2026 until 10:30, when trading will resume. Redemption services will continue to be processed during the suspension period. If the premium does not effectively decrease during the day, the fund reserves the right to take further suspension measures. In addition, the fund has suspended subscription services since January 28, 2026, and the resumption time will be announced separately.
