Beijing Junzheng announced on March 26th that the Board of Directors received the resignation report from Director Yu Renrong on March 25th, 2026. Yu Renrong resigned from his position as a director of the company due to personal work reasons. The resignation will take effect from the date the resignation report is submitted to the Board of Directors, and Yu Renrong will no longer hold any position in the company after resigning.
