India initiates anti-dumping investigation on Egyptian gypsum powder

The Ministry of Commerce and Industry in India has issued an announcement stating that, in response to an application submitted by a domestic company Saint Gobain India Pvt Ltd., an anti-dumping investigation will be initiated on calcined gypsum powder originating from or imported from Egypt. The dumping investigation period is from October 2024 to September 2025, and the injury investigation periods are from 2022 to 2023, 2023 to 2024, 2024 to 2025, and October 2024 to September 2025.
