Alibaba established two new data technology companies on the same day.

According to Tianyancha business information, recently, Hangzhou Xiaotian Data Technology Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou Hengyu Data Technology Co., Ltd. were established, both with Wei Hu as the legal representative and registered capital of 1 million RMB. Their business scope includes internet data services, software development, big data services, data processing services, artificial intelligence basic resources and technology platforms. Shareholder information shows that both companies are wholly owned by Zhejiang Aicheng Technology Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Alibaba.
