Announcement from Lin Taisin Materials: The wholly-owned subsidiary Nantong Lintai plans to sign an investment agreement with the Management Committee of Jiangsu Nantong Suzhou Industrial Park, planning to invest 500 million yuan in the Suzhou Industrial Park to increase investment projects. The project is the expansion of friction material applications and the construction of carbon fiber composite materials for Nantong Lintai Kes New Material Technology Co., Ltd., located on a plot of approximately 76 acres at the intersection of Jiangda Road west, Haidi Road north, Dongfang Avenue east, and Haibin Road south in the park. The project is expected to be completed and put into production within 2 years after construction begins.
