Recently, in Qingyuan, Guangdong Province, the first methanol-powered ship in the Greater Bay Area, "Yuechuangying 002", equipped with a Weichai 6WH17 methanol ship power, successfully completed a trial voyage. This trial voyage covered key elements such as docking at the dock, low-speed maneuvering, full-speed sailing, agile turning, and reverse braking, focusing on verifying the full operation capability of the ship's pure methanol power system.
