Bank of England Governor Bailey said in an interview with BBC reporters that the market is somewhat overzealous in expecting a rate hike. "I remind everyone not to rush to a definite conclusion about whether to raise interest rates... Today we have sent a very clear message. The most appropriate action now is to keep the rate unchanged." Bailey said they will "carefully and continuously" examine the scale and severity of this conflict.
