According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Dongguan Chang'an Wanda Plaza Co., Ltd. has undergone a business change, with the registered capital increased to 1.5 billion yuan. The original shareholders Dalian Wanda Rugao Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. and Dalian Wanrui Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. have withdrawn, and the new shareholder Dalian Zhixin Alliance Business Management Co., Ltd. has been added as the only shareholder. Additionally, the company's key personnel have also undergone changes. Qichacha shows that Dalian Zhixin Alliance Business Management Co., Ltd. is wholly owned by Suzhou Kuanyu Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise, which is jointly held by Sunshine Life Insurance Co., Ltd., Tencent Technology Co., Ltd., and China-Britain Life Insurance Co., Ltd.
