Raise 300,000 housing units in Beijing to help the returning workers in the rental housing market.

Since the beginning of this year, Beijing has accumulated a total of 300,000 housing units, including 55 affordable rental housing projects, to help new graduates, urban youth, and urban operation service guarantee personnel have a place to live. So far, 53 housing rental agencies and guarantee rental housing operating units have participated, combined with the reality of each district, carrying out activities such as "entering parks, enterprises, streets and towns, and setting up special recruitment sessions" in areas with concentrated employment populations and rental demand.
