Nanjing Chemical Fiber: Elected Wang Aiqing as Chairman

Nanjing Chemical Fiber announced on March 18th that the board of directors approved the "Motion on Electing the Chairman of the Board", and agreed to elect Wang Aiqing as the Chairman of the Eleventh Board of Directors of the company. The term will be from the date of approval of this board meeting until the expiration of the term of the Eleventh Board of Directors.
