According to the Tianyancha App, recently, there have been changes in the business registration of Taisheng Wind Power, with the registered capital increasing from about 930 million RMB to about 1.11 billion RMB, an increase of about 19%. Taisheng Wind Power Group Co., Ltd. was established in April 2001, with Li Weitao as the legal representative. Its business scope includes manufacturing of new energy prime movers, metal structures, and generators and generator sets. Shareholder information shows that the company is jointly held by Guangzhou Kaid Investment Holdings Co., Ltd., Liu Zhicheng, Huang Jingming, and others.
