Bank of China: Board of Directors meeting will be held on March 30 to review the annual report and final dividend.

The Bank of China announced that the board of directors will convene a meeting on March 30, 2026 to review and approve the audited consolidated financial statements of the Bank and its subsidiaries for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, and propose the distribution of final dividends.
