State Grid Nanrui announced that the company completed the fundraising of 6.02 billion yuan on April 8, 2018. The ninth meeting of the ninth board of directors and the second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025 approved some projects related to the use of the funds. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, some fundraising accounts of the company and its subsidiaries had been closed, involving accounts at banks such as China Merchants Bank and CITIC Bank for companies like Nanjing NARI Semiconductor. Corresponding tripartite/quadrant regulatory agreements for the fundraising accounts have been terminated.
