Piano's announcement stated that as of March 16, 2026, a shareholder with a stake of more than 5%, Zhuhai Honglu, and its concerted actor Qingcheng Qili, reduced their holdings by 200,000 shares through centralized bidding transactions, accounting for 0.11% of the total share capital. After this change in equity, the combined shareholding percentage of Zhuhai Honglu and its concerted actors decreased from 7.03% to 6.92%, with the change percentage reaching a multiple of 1%.
