According to the Enterprise Check APP, recently, Guangzhou Xiaopeng Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. applied for the publication of a patent titled "Robot's Gait Adjustment Method, Device, Equipment and Storage Medium". The abstract of the patent shows that the invention relates to the field of intelligent robots, and discloses a method, device, equipment, and storage medium for adjusting the gait of a robot. The method includes: obtaining target sampling points of the humanoid robot's feet, as well as the coordinate values and terrain elevation data corresponding to each target sampling point; calculating the foothold return value of the humanoid robot based on the coordinate values and terrain elevation data corresponding to each target sampling point; obtaining the maximum terrain elevation data within a preset radius of each target sampling point, and calculating the kickstep return value of the humanoid robot based on the coordinate values and the maximum terrain elevation data; adjusting the gait of the humanoid robot based on the foothold return value and kickstep return value. This invention guides the humanoid robot to make precise gait adjustments by obtaining the coordinates of target sampling points and terrain elevation data, calculating two types of return values for footholds and kicksteps, thereby improving the robot's autonomy and stability in adapting to complex terrains such as stairs.
