Di'er Laser announced that the company plans to publicly issue overseas listed shares and apply for listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in order to further advance its internationalization strategy, create a diversified capital operation platform, enhance its international brand image and overall global market competitiveness. The company has passed relevant resolutions at the eighth meeting of the fourth session of the Board of Directors, but still needs to be reviewed by the shareholders' meeting.
