The announcement from Koyuan Pharmaceutical stated that the reduction plan for shareholder Weng Zehong and concerted action person Jiang Chunmei, who hold more than 5% of the shares, has been completed. Weng Zehong originally planned to reduce his holdings by no more than 1.00% of the total share capital through concentrated bidding within three months starting from 15 trading days after the announcement disclosure. He reduced 282,700 shares at a price of 35.33 yuan per share from February 10 to February 13, and reduced 800,200 shares at a price of 44.3 yuan per share from March 10 to March 11, for a total reduction of 1.0000% of the total share capital. After the reduction, Weng Zehong holds 4.00% of shares, and Jiang Chunmei holds 0.26% of shares.
